Working Hours:
Standard Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (8 working hours)

- Flexible Hours: Start Time: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, End Time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM*

Job Description:
1. Development support utilizing model-based development and related internal solutions
2. Performance design and feasibility simulation development based on incomplete requirements
3. Factory/control model creation for performance simulation
4. Functional/control structure requirements analysis
5. Structural design, specification design, redundancy design, and implementation
6. Support for system implementation and business improvement consulting in the customer environment
7. Support for new model-based development implementation consulting
8. Support for business improvement consulting for companies already using model based development
Qualifications: *(open for non experienced or experienced)
1. University graduate or higher *Preference for Physics and Mathematics majors
2. Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
3. Enthusiasm for analyzing cause-and-effect relationships through mathematical and physical equations
4. High ability to understand the essence of a matter and interest in logical problem solving
5. Minimum one year of work experience (regardless of industry, sector, or job type)
6. Experience in development with MATLAB/Simulink is highly advantageous.
Preferred Requirements
1. Development/Consulting/Sales experience in the IT industry
2. Development/Consulting/Sales experience in the automotive industry
3. Development and evaluation experience for household appliances, industrial robots, medical equipment, etc.
4. Experience with data analysis and simulation software in laboratories

Notes:
- Annual salary ¥4,000,000 - ¥5,000,000*
*Determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account experience, ability, and prior salary.
*The annual salary will be divided into 12 installments, plus various allowances, and paid in the following month of each working month.
*Fixed overtime pay (equivalent to 30 hours) is included in the annual salary.
*Overtime pay and premiums in excess of the fixed overtime amount will be paid in full
