Position : Maintenance Engineer (Permanent employees)
Location : Hamamatsu City or Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan
Point : Have a career as a group leader or maintenance specialist who will be responsible for machines and improvised activities. Work related to the maintenance and management of production facilities. Mechanical maintenance (mainly electrical systems, but also mechanical systems that will be studied through work).
Job Desciption :
- Periodic inspection of production equipment (processing and assembly) for defects
- Electrical maintenance at production facilities
- Work related to existing line improvement activities
Qualifications (MUST)
- Aged 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in electrical engineering at a university
- Experience with PLC, skills in reading and writing electrical schematics
- Experienced in equipment maintenance work
- Those who have experience in repair activities by changing PLC circuits
- Have Japanese language skills of at least N3/ N2
Qualifications {WANT}:
Class 2 electrician (those who wish to study and obtain certification after joining the company are also welcome).
- Interpersonal communication skills Interpersonal communication skills are required, especially due to the high severity of internal negotiations and coordination work with each production section/group and production engineering department required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with superiors and other staff members, and be able to work effectively and efficiently. This job is also suitable for those who are good at building relationships with people in different positions and roles.

Working Time:
- 8:20~17:20 (1 hour break)

Salary :
- Monthly salary 198,000 yen ~ 303,000 yen ?Salary increase (once a year, in April)
- Bonus (twice a year, July and December) *Results: 4.5 months
