Position : Technical Engineer (Permanent employees)
Location : Hamamatsu City or Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan
Point : Have a career as a group leader or maintenance specialist who will be responsible for machines and improvised activities.
Job Description :
- Improvement activities related to safety/quality/production/cost in the production process.
- Machine maintenance in the production process.
- Production support, such as spare parts ordering and arranging.
Qualification [MUST] :
- Aged 25-35 years old
- Graduated from mechanical engineering (studied physics and electronics) at university.
- Experienced in design and machining.
- 3 years experience in manufacturing or production technology.
- Have Japanese language skills of at least N3/N2
Qualifications [WANT] :
- Experienced technicians for automotive parts manufacturers and production preparation are welcome.
- Interpersonal communication skills
Interpersonal communication skills are required, especially due to the high severity of internal negotiations and coordination work with each production section/group and production engineering department required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with superiors
and other staff members, and be able to work effectively and efficiently. This job is also suitable for those who are good at building relationships with people in different positions and roles.

As maintenance, management, and updates to existing facilities evolve, more and more new software and equipment is being added. This is an environment where you can improve what you can do while learning every day.
Working Time :
- 8:20~17:20 (1 hour break) *Flexible time system available (core time 10:00~15:00) *Work from home system available *Shift work available after experience.
- Overtime available, approximately 20-30 hours per month.
- Work on holidays *Work on Saturdays once a month (Work about one day on consecutive long holidays).
Salary :
Monthly salary 198,000 yen ~ 303,000 yen
- Salary increase (once a year, in April)
